It is difficult to describe in words what we actually capture as wedding photographers. Our aim is to capture your true self, albeit a quiet moment between you and a loved one, your relationship amongst friends, laughing with a spouse during a toast, or displaying your signature move on the dance floor.

We take the time to get to build close relationships with each of our clients. That is why each year our circle of friends grows larger and larger! In order to give each of our couples the time they deserve, we only take on a select number of weddings each year.

Wedding Consultation
Hello New Friend! Tell me all about your dreams you have for your wedding! This is the first step of our journey into making your wedding time perfect for YOU!

Signing on & Planning
If we decide to proceed and are a great fit for each other, I send over a custom proposal and contract for you to view! Once the contract is signed and the deposit is sent, YOU ARE PART OF MY INNER CIRCLE!
Now we start mood boarding, and dreaming up your Engagement Session.

ENGAGEMENT SESSION
This is one of my favorite days because this is our first photography session together! During either a Classic or Adventure Engagement Session, This is where we explore different posing techniques and get to know each other so that you are comfortable in front of the camera for your special day!

What does it mean to shoot "hybrid weddings"?
I shoot both the most high end digital cameras as well as with my vintage Hasselblads. I believe it gives me the creative ability to capture your day with the richest of feels. Also incorporating drone into my photography day gives an all around feel.
Where are you located?
I have an apartment in New Orleans, Louisiana and a townhouse in Jackson, MS! I primarily shoot weddings in New Orleans so I spend about 4-5 days a week there if I am not on the road for a destination wedding.
How many photographers will be at my wedding?
My partner, Will & I will be the two exclusive photographers at the wedding. A third shooter can be included upon request/cost but Will and I together have photographed 15 people weddings up to 550 person weddings and handle both with the same level of artistry.
can you tell me why you shoot film?
I have been exposed to (film pun!) film photography my entire life. There is an artistry to all photography but film photography is next level. You have to have full mastery of composition, aperture, shutter speed, film speed, color theory and light. There are no do-overs when it comes to shooting film, and there is no checking the back of your camera. This understanding of the craft challenges me to be very intentional with my photographs. I always tell my clients, the film photographs I produce are the ones you are innately drawn to. There are no words to truly describe it.
I bring this intentionality into my digital photography as well and have spent years curating my editing of my digital photography to match the richness of my film.
Why should we hire you as our wedding photographer?
If we are a great fit for each other (I would be with you every moment of your wedding day so this is the first most important step), I can ensure you I will go above and beyond any wedding photographer you talk to. I consider my clients part of my Inner Circle. My clients become our true friends which ensures that we best capture their authentic selves on their wedding day and for years to come. Our attention to detail and professionalism is unmatched but we do it with such an ease that you will not notice us "working", because we love what we do so deeply.
DO YOUR TRAVEL WITHIN THE US?
ABSOLUTELY! We travel throughout the US and Abroad. To date we have photographed weddings, elopements, vow renewals and engagements in 16 states with many countries to come in 2022.
Will you Photoshop my images to hide any unwanted spots, wrinkles, etc?
This is my favorite. I manually edit each and every one of your images in a way that will make you look your best, but no one will ever be able to tell you were photoshopped. During one of our first meetings, I ask "What are you self-conscious of?" I take that information and cater your posing and editing to that so you feel your most beautiful. Also I am the self proclaimed Queen of Removing Flyaways
Is it required to order prints through you?
It is not required to go through me, but I work with print shops that work exclusively with professional wedding photographers to ensure the highest quality product that reflects the art I created. I also have each piece sent to me prior to shipping to you in order to ensure the highest level of product.
I can not guarantee the quality of color when going through an outside printing company.
